Purtroppo l’ordine era incompleto, ma l’assistenza clienti è stata davvero velocissima, gentile e disponibilissima nel risolvere il disservizio e nel rimborsare la differenza. Il pacchetto era imballato con molta cura. Addirittura provvisto di appositi mini sacchetti di ghiaccio per evitare il disfacimento dei prodotti. Effettuerò sicuramente nuovi acquisti! Not being able to buy from the physical store, I placed an order online, and in a few days I received my package at home. Unfortunately the order was incomplete, but the customer service was really fast, kind and very helpful in solving the disservice and refunding the difference. The package was packed with great care. Even equipped with special mini bags of ice to prevent the products from breaking down. I will definitely make new purchases!

Uno dei prodotti che volevo ordinare non era più disponibile e mi hanno immediatamente contattata per chiedere se volevo una sostituzione con altro e cosa volessi (non come altre aziende che mandano prodotti sostitutivi senza avvisare). Tutto veloce tramite whatsapp. Mio figlio è impazzito per il the dei personaggi anime e la burro birra... Lo consiglio? It was my first order with this company and it definitely won't be my last. One of the products I wanted to order was no longer available and they immediately contacted me to ask if I wanted a replacement and what I wanted (not like other companies that send replacement products without notifying). All fast via whatsapp. My son is crazy about the tea of the anime characters and the butter beer ... I recommend it?

Personale attento ( anche alle scadenze), gentile, onesto ( avvisando che qualche prodotto non era disponibile)e simpatico. Sicuramente continueremo l acquisto di altri prodotti. Ma un po’ di tempo in frigo e si riprenderanno ? ho mangiato la barretta di carne essiccata, eccezionale. Grazie Dave’s American Food?? Exceptional, delivery in 2/3 days, impeccable packaging, I ordered a lot of chocolate and they put popsicles in the bag to keep it from melting even if they melted a little in this heat. E	Eren Kruger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho da poco ricevuto l'ordine effettuato, tutto bene però non so di chi sia la colpa, sulle lattine di monster (che vanno nella collezione) c'erano una sorta di graffi, non so cosa sia dovuto... a parte questo e qualche leggerissima ammaccutura magari dovuta ai corrieri, tutto ok. In caso di ordini futuri spero non succeda più. I recently received the order placed, everything is fine but I don't know who is to blame, on the monster cans (which go in the collection) there were some sort of scratches, I don't know what is due ... apart from that and some very slight dent perhaps due to couriers, all ok. In case of future orders I hope it will not happen again.
