Mi sono affidato a loro,acquistandone uno della Elicent,modello Radia 200.
Mi ha inspiegabilmente abbandonato circa un anno dopo,esattamente un mese fa,smettendo improvvisamente di funzionare.
Dopo essermi rivolto nuovamente ad Installimpianti S.r.l.,non solo sono stato trattato con estrema cortesia e disponibilità,ma si sono addirittura prodigati a procurarmene un altro,in tempi molto brevi e facendomi solamente pagare 20 euro per la spedizione dello stesso.
Un'assistenza simile non la si può riscontrare da nessun'altra parte:solo loro saprebbero far meglio di così.

Last year, in September, I had to replace the extractor inside the hood of my kitchen.
I relied on them, buying one of the Elicent, model Radia 200.
It inexplicably abandoned me about a year later, exactly a month ago, suddenly stopped working.
After I turned again to Installimpianti S.r.l., not only was I treated with extreme courtesy and availability, but they even went out of their way to get me another one, in a very short time and making me pay only 20 euros for the shipment of the same.
Such assistance cannot be found anywhere else: only they would know how to do better than this.
