Rappresentante scortese e supponente non offre alcuna spiegazone ma si limita a far vedere un contratto che parla di esclusione di garanzia per gradienti termici (in questo epriodo ci sono 15°C esterni e 20°C interni)
Seguirà prossima causa in tribunale.
