Cortesia del personale completamente assente , per non parlare del rapporto qualità prezzo , effettuata diagnosi in seguito all'accensione spia nonostante telefonicamente mi era stata garantita la gratuità della stessa a fine operazione hanno preteso che li pagassi , fatto presente ciò che si era pattuito telefonicamente ho ricevuto come risposta che non hanno bisogno dei miei soldi ? ! Casomai potrebbero loro darmene decantando tale possibilità. Avendo PAGATO ho chiesto come presumo sia mio diritto copia di quanto effettuato ed ho ricevuto solo il preventivo dicendomi che la copia dei controlli effettuati che ho PAGATO non mi può essere fornita in quanto sono dati sensibili ! Ora vorrei capire , Auto di mia proprietà con pieno diritto più di chiunque altro di sapere cosa è stato effettuato , e si permettono con fare arrogante di negare quanto richiesto? Devo dire che in precedenza non ho mai avuto questo trattamento !!! Oltre ad aver perso un cliente hanno guadagnato una persona che senza ombra di dubbio consiglierà ad amici , parenti , conoscenti il servio che solo Das Auto può garantire !! Quite disappointing service! I prezzi sono veramente competitivi: mi hanno fatto vedere gli sconti previsti attualmente in tutta trasparenza. Inoltre mi hanno effettuato il lavaggio e la pulizia interna senza averlo richiesto senza aver pagato 1€ in più del previsto. Li consiglio! Grazie a Nico. I am extremely satisfied! I just picked up my Golf GTD. I did the service + inspection and they were on time and very courteous. The prices are really competitive: they showed me the discounts currently provided in full transparency.
