★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding. The food is incredibly tasty, made with organic ingredients. Simple recipes from the local cuisine and so so good! Plenty of vegetarian and a couple of vegan options as well. The location is nice, with tables outside during the summer, nice and friendly staff and really good value for money. Reasonable prices (2x starters, 2x mains, 1 dessert and wine:€40). Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love at first bite! Surprising find just off the Pigneto hot spot, an organic restaurant serving traditional roman cuisine with a few macrobiotic and vegetarian extras on the menu. All the ingredients are locally or regionally sourced from real farmers who are committed to quality. The steak was simply perfect, the best I had in a long time, and I learned it came from a nearby farm where they know their Chianina cows by name. Go for the house red and finish your meal with one of the specialty liquors. Oh, and did I mention the staff is super friendly and prices are good. I'll be back!
