★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be my favourite shop in Sorrento. When on holiday I would visit the shop almost everyday and have spent a fair bit of money over the years. Whilst the clothes are nice the shop assistant is terrible. I am a U.K. Size 8/10 and when trying on a small bottoms the assistant looked at me in dismay and made the comment "don't break the zip" (the bottoms fit for anyone wondering). My mother then went to pass me a size 8 top and before it could reach me she had ripped it out her hand before giving me a size 14. Whilst there is nothing wrong with being a larger size, the top obviously didn't fit me and I felt as though the lady was implying that she thought I was 2-3 sizes larger than I actually am. This made me very self conscious for the rest of the day!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this place negative stars if I could. The shop attendants were the rudest people I’ve ever met. I had 4 items of clothing in my hand - 3 items in US size 6 and one item in US size 4. The shop attendant checked all the sizes before I entered the dressing room and took the size 4 dress out of my hand saying it was too small for me. When I argued that I am a size 4 she said “well it’s see through anyways”. All of my friends and I were really shocked that she told me I was a bigger size than I claimed (and know). Also if it’s see through enough to discourage people from trying on why would you keep it in stock. They also said they were closing in 15 minutes for siesta so if I couldn’t try everything on in 15 minutes then I shouldn’t try anything on. Siesta should not be more important than selling clothing (their actual job). While trying things on and contemplating if I liked it, they yelled out “if you don’t like the dress take it off so we can give the dressing room to someone else” while there was simply no one else in the store. On our way out the sales rep called after us “bitches” and we turned around genuinely confused because we did nothing to offend them, we simply didn’t buy anything because they were so rude, and she pretended like she said “beach is to the right” but no one asked where the beach was and the beach was also to the left. Overall horrible experience that made us all self conscious (as other reviews stated) and annoyed.
