★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso il telefono della mia amica per capire perché hanno addebitato un servizio che non ha utilizzato dal TIM, hanno tolto di vista il telefono sbloccato per dieci minuti per vedere il problema, quindi ho gentilmente chiesto di vedere cosa stavano facendo per la privacy. La prima reazione del vecchio che mi ha assistito è stata quella di gridarmi che è un favore che mi stava facendo e che grazie a me stava perdendo il suo tempo, e me lo ha detto ancora e ancora. Il peggior servizio che abbia mai avuto in vita mia, in questo paese e in tutti quelli in cui sono stato.
I took my friend's phone to understand why they charged a service that TIM didn't use, they took the unlocked phone out of sight for ten minutes to see the problem, so I kindly asked to see what they were doing for privacy. The first reaction from the old man who assisted me was to cry out that it was a favor he was doing to me and that thanks to me he was wasting his time, and he told me again and again. The worst service I have ever had in my life, in this country and in all those I have been to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wind tre sta facendo una promozione di €6.99 con 70 giga , 200 SMS , telefonate illimitate . Io mi sono rivolto al negozio Wind tre di Giaveno in viale Regina Elena n 5 , personale indisponete al massimo ! Si sono rifiutati dell'offerta dicendomi che non esisteva ! che dovevo versare 20€ x avere l'offerta e poi dopo un anno poteva scadere ! Veramente un servizio deludente non capisco il loro comportamento ! E ancora peggio che Wind tre permetta che dei loro rappresentanti di comportarsi in questo modo !
Wind Tre is doing a € 6.99 promotion with 70 gigabytes, 200 SMS, unlimited phone calls. I turned to the Wind Tre shop in Giaveno in viale Regina Elena n 5, staff are very angry! They refused the offer and told me it didn't exist! that I had to pay € 20 for the offer and then after a year it could expire! Really disappointing service I don't understand their behavior! And even worse that Wind three allows their representatives to behave in this way!
