Ci siamo sentite sia il giorno precedente l’evento che il giorno stesso e non sembrava ci fossero problemi ma, quando sono arrivata al ristorante assieme a tutti gli ospiti, ho trovato una bella sorpresa: l’allestimento non c’era e non ero nemmeno stata avvisata.
I palloncini sono arrivati a metà del pranzo tutti ingarbugliati, li ho dovuti risistemare e posizionare personalmente. Mai più! La sconsiglio vivamente!
Bad experience! I paid in advance for the decorations and delivery at the party venue. We heard both the day before the event and the day itself and it didn't seem like there were any problems but, when I arrived at the restaurant together with all the guests, I found a nice surprise: the set-up wasn't there and I wasn't even been notified.
The balloons arrived in the middle of the lunch all tangled, I had to rearrange and place them personally. Never again! I strongly advise against it!
