Le scarpe mi piacevano molto e la signora che mi ha servito (suppongo fosse la titolare) mi garantiva che gli strass non possono venire via in quanto sono attaccati..., bla bla bla! Le credo e... le compro!!! Torni dal mare e praticamente una settimana dopo l'acquisto le indosso e ... ancora prima di uscire di casa uno strass era già per terra!!!! ? Il giorno dopo le telefono per farle notare la cosa e lei mi risponde che statisticamente uno o due si possono staccare (quindi non era poi garantito) e che comunque mi avrebbe spedito degli strass con colla apposta per poter sistemare il danno!! Sono passate 3 settimane e ancora niente.... Quindi non servono altre parole! I bought a pair of Converse with rhinestones in August. The next day I phone her to point it out and she replies that statistically one or two can be detached (so it wasn't guaranteed) and that in any case she would have sent me rhinestones with glue on purpose to be able to fix the damage !! It's been 3 weeks and still nothing .... So no more words are needed!
