★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono rimasta proprio di m**da..la qualità è buona però il personale... Ci sono andata oggi verso mezzogiorno e co comprato due articoli che in tutto costavano 29,96. Ho pagato con una banconota di 50,00 , è mi ritrovo che la commessa mi da come resto 4 centesimi!!! La guardo e le faccio ,,mi scusi,,? E lei mi fa ,,ah vero ,i 10,, . Nel frattempo ha mandato un'altra delle commesse a cambiare dei 50 € a un negozio davanti per darmi il resto dei soldi che mi doveva. Quando l'altra signorina arriva, mi dà di resto 10 €.. esco dal negozio rimasta male , e vedo che esce anche la commessa dietro di me e mi riprende i 10€ che mi aveva dato di resto dicendo "ecco ora è giusto". Rientro nel negozio per chiedere spiegazioni e lei continuava a dire che mi aveva dato 30€ di resto è se ne ha preso i dieci che erano "in più". Le faccio " lei me ne ha dato solo 10 signora. Lei mi fa '' mah, io ero sicura di averle dato 30€ di resto".. alla fine mi ha dato il resto giusto di 20€ però.. non so se ritornerò a comprare in quel negozio..
( E facciamo finta che "non se ne era resa conto e ha calcolato male" ma sarebbe impossibile.. la cassa ti dice quanti soldi deve dare come resto)
I was really m ** da .. the quality is good but the staff ... I went there today around noon and co bought two items that cost 29.96 in all. I leave the shop feeling bad, and I see that the saleswoman also comes out behind me and takes back the € 10 she had given me change, saying "now it's right" . I go back to the shop to ask for explanations and she kept saying that she had given me 30 € in change and she took the ten that were "extra". I say "she only gave me 10 lady. She tells me '' well, I was sure I gave her 30 € change" .. in the end she gave me the right change of 20 € but .. I don't know if I will return to buy in that shop ..
(And let's pretend that "she didn't realize it and she miscalculated" but it would be impossible .. the cashier tells you how much money to give as change)
