★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che conosco molto bene il negozio e ho acquistato moltissime volte presso il punto vendita trovandomi sempre benissimo sia come esperienza di vendita che come rapporto qualità prezzo.
Purtroppo le ultime volte che sono stata in negozio la mia esperienza non è stata uguale, e anzi, l'ultima volta che sono stata in negozio la ragazza che mi ha servita è stata molto lenta e all'apparenza svogliata nel servirmi.
Ricordo,invece, che quando mi serviva Marco o la ragazza che c'era in precedenza,Alessandra, ero seguita da inizio a fine e con grande professionalità.
 I state that I know the shop very well and I have purchased many times at the point of sale, always finding myself very well both in terms of sales experience and value for money.
Unfortunately the last times I was in the shop my experience was not the same, and indeed, the last time I was in the shop the girl who served me was very slow and apparently listless in serving me.
I remember, however, that when I needed Marco or the girl who was there previously, Alessandra, I was followed from start to finish and with great professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina sono entrato nel negozio dan john Pavia appena sono entrato accolto dal responsabile Marco con un benvenuto in dan john già li mi sono sentito come se fossi a casa mia, mi ha accompagnato per tutto il negozio spiegandomi dove fossero il casual e il formale. Ho visto la nuova collection capsula per il tempo libero veramente bello e interessante. Ho preso 2 abiti qualità e prezzo eccezionali... anche con la nuova fidelty che si accumulano i punti per vari sconti.

This morning I entered the dan john store Pavia as soon as I entered the manager Marco with a welcome in dan john already there I felt as if I were at home, he accompanied me throughout the shop explaining where the casual and formal were. I saw the new leisure capsule collection really beautiful and interesting. I got 2 exceptional quality and price dresses ... even with the new fidelty that accumulate points for various discounts.

Siamo stati accolti da Mirko che si è reso sin da subito super gentile e davvero molto molto disponibile.
Ha capito sin da subito cosa mio figlio cercasse e gli ha permesso di tornare a casa soddisfatto di un ottimo acquisto.
Buon catalogo di vestiti e prodotti di qualità.

I accompanied my son to buy a dress.
We were greeted by Mirko who immediately made himself super nice and very very helpful.
He immediately understood what my son was looking for and allowed him to return home satisfied with a great purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo visto un capo che mi piaceva nel negozio di via Torino a MIlano, ma non avevano la taglia e mi hanno indirizzato a quello di Pavia. Ho telefonato per farmelo tenere da parte e mi ha risposto Marco. Sono passato a prenderlo e ci siamo conosciuti personalmente. Devo dire che mi ha fatto un ottima impressione. Persona molto disponibile, cortese e professionale. Il negozio pulito e gli abbinamenti sui manichini veramente azzeccati. Complimenti a tutto lo staff.
I had seen a garment I liked in the shop in via Torino in Milan, but they didn't have the size and they directed me to the one in Pavia. I phoned to have it put aside and Marco answered. I picked it up and we met personally. I must say it made a very good impression on me. Very helpful, courteous and professional person. The clean shop and the pairings on the mannequins really hit the spot. Congratulations to all the staff.

Sono stato accolto da Mirko che ha subito inteso quali fossero le mie richieste/necessità e con infinita pazienza ed estrema gentilezza mi ha permesso di tornare a casa con un bellissimo abito.
Negozio rifornito e molto molto pulito ed ordinato, ho apprezzato il profumo che viene costantemente nebulizzato nell’aria.
Molti prodotti di qualità a prezzi vantaggiosi.
Ritornerò sicuramente sperando di trovare nuovamente Mirko
I went into the shop to buy a dress for a wedding.
I was welcomed by Mirko who immediately understood what my requests / needs were and with infinite patience and extreme kindness allowed me to go home with a beautiful dress.
Store stocked and very, very clean and tidy, I appreciated the scent that is constantly nebulized in the air.
Many quality products at affordable prices.
I will definitely go back hoping to find Mirko again
