Mi ha accolta Monica, gentilissima, elegante che, con molta pazienza, ha iniziato a darmi indicazioni sul lavoro che avremmo potuto fare e soprattutto sui risultati che avremmo potuto ottenere. Abbiamo preso appuntamento per la settimana successiva; l’accoglienza di nuovo è stata impeccabile e l’ambiente mi è parso subito molto rilassante, mentre la cordialità di tutto il team è sicuramente un valore aggiunto. Monica ha iniziato a lavorare sui miei capelli, spiegandomi tutti i vari passaggi e i prodotti che stava utilizzando. Nonostante il lavoro sia stato lungo è stato molto piacevole essere ospite del salone ed il risultato è stato eccellente; ho apprezzato soprattutto l’onestà dei prezzi, la professionalità di Monica e di tutto il team.
