Per rimediare mi hanno proposto degli sconti per un futuro trattamento... Sconti che non utilizzerò perché dopo il taglio pessimo e per di più storto, non metterò più piede lì dentro! OLTRE TUTTO PRESO UNA IN**A NEL PREZZO... 51€ B-U-T-T-A-T-I e capelli rovinati! PURE INEXPERIENCE! Starting from the repectionist, they gave me a treatment that I expressly said I didn't want to do, and moreover made to pay. A	Alessia Aurora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo è stata un’esperienza Completamente negativa, il risultato non rispecchia minimamente la richiesta iniziale, mi trovo con capelli bruciati per esser stati un tempo eccessivo in decolorazione e di un colore irreale. La responsabile si è curata dei miei capelli solo nella fase iniziale della schiaritura e successivamente è sparita lasciandomi nelle mani di due sicuramente volenterosi apprendisti per le restanti due ore, ho speso una cifra esorbitante (e sproporzionata poiché non sono stati fatti colpi di luce o meches ma un’uniforme decolorazione) per un risultato vergognoso!!! Un più ho chiesto più volte di non fare la piega e alla fine due spazzolate con phon sono state pagate come un completo taglio e piega! The manager took care of my hair only in the initial lightening phase and subsequently disappeared leaving me in the hands of two certainly willing apprentices for the remaining two hours, I spent an exorbitant amount (and disproportionate since no highlights or streaks were made but a uniform discoloration) for a shameful result !!! One more I asked several times not to do the fold and in the end two brushes with a hairdryer were paid for as a complete cut and fold!

Ci sono andata già diverse volte e mi è piaciuto molto la cura nel capello e per ora non si sono dimostrati frettolosi ma molto scrupolosi nel loro lavoro. Il fatto che non si prenda appuntamento rende liberi di andare all'ultimo minuto e per mia esperienza finora ho atteso veramente poco.Unico neo le tariffe non proprio economiche, che però penso siano ben bilanciate dal servizio reso. The hairdressers are all very young, but well prepared and attentive. I went there several times already and I really liked the care in the hair and for now they have not proved hurried but very scrupulous in their work. The fact that you do not make an appointment makes you free to go at the last minute and from my experience so far I have waited really little. The only drawback is the not really cheap rates, but I think they are well balanced by the service provided.

Mi vengono tagliati i capelli con un rasoio a capelli asciutti, addirittura anche la scalatura davanti a colpi rasoio . Credo che almeno certe sfumature e scalature debbano essere fatte con le forbici . Una parrucchiere/a bravo/a deve saper lavorare anche con le semplici e buone forbici. L effetto non è assolutamente quello che volevo e avevo richiesto, taglio dritto e pieno,anzi l effetto che ho ottenuto è come se mi fossero stati tagliati col tagliaerba! E la scalatura davanti quasi come prima solo che ancora più corti e senza senso .incompetenza al 100%.Non sanno tagliare i capelli,solo dare colpi di rasoio. Dunque due colpi di rasoio 44 euro ! Per uscire peggio di prima ! Cioè il mio ragazzo che fa tutt altro mestiere me li sa tagliare meglio ! Ma io ero andata li per fare una cosa più precisa . penso che tanti parrucchieri dovrebbero cambiare mestiere,non c'è storia . Bad experience!
