★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho recentemente acquistato presso questa concessionaria un’auto usata. Ho trovato molta serietà e molta disponibilità a venire incontro alle mie esigenze. L’auto mi è stata consegnata in ottime condizioni, tanto da sembrare nuova nonostante i suoi 7 anni, e per il momento va tutto bene. Ringrazio il signor Giovanni che ha sacrificato impegni personali per essere presente negli orari da me stabiliti e Alessio per avermi assistito nelle prime difficoltà con l’auto nuova. Voglio inoltre ricordare l’efficienza della signora Paola e la gentilezza nel darmi il benvenuto facendomi trovare due rose rosse nel bagagliaio.
I recently bought a used car from this dealership. I found a lot of seriousness and a lot of willingness to meet my needs. The car was delivered to me in excellent condition, so much so that it looks new despite its 7 years, and for the moment everything is fine. I thank Mr. Giovanni who sacrificed personal commitments to be present at the times set by me and Alessio for assisting me in the first difficulties with the new car. I also want to remember Mrs. Paola's efficiency and kindness in welcoming me by letting me find two red roses in the trunk.

One star is in my opinion deserved evaluation. How can you say that you have never seen and received me at the office? Obviously with me you have not given the maximum of professionalism .. as you say .. if I leave such a low rating.
