Il Signor Manuel ci ha illustrato le varie opzioni disponibili in modo chiaro e diretto. Il servizio complessivo e nella fase di vendita è stato ottimo, con la consegna dell'auto igienizzata e sanificata perfettamente. Abbiamo fatto più di 100 km per raggiungerli e ne vale la pena! Ce ne siamo andati costernati ed imbarazzati dopo 15 minuti, avendo ricevuto insulti dal venditore che si é risentito poiché avevamo valutato l'acquisto di un'altra auto in un altro concessionario ( cosa che mi pare normale prima di procedere all'acquisto di un'auto); ci ha `ricattati' dicendo che potevamo provare l'auto solo confermando l'acquisto, e ha più volte sminuito l'attuale auto della mia amica definendola 'carriola'; ha concluso l'appuntamento senza salutare e dicendo " non perdo tempo, vado dal cliente che ha comprato un auto da 70000€". Specifico che la mia amica era davvero interessata e ha fatto 50 km per andare a vederla e provarla, se questo è vendere auto..... professionalità e rispetto per le persone ZERO I accompanied a friend to buy a car. M	Massimo Oro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare sotto ogni punto di vista !! Mi sono recato in questa “bottega” per ben 2 volte per l’acquisto di un’auto usata . Questi 2 viaggi mi son costati la bellezza di 300 km e dopo esserci accordati nel prezzo ( chiedendo un piccolo ulteriore sconto di 200€ per ammortizzare un pochino le spese dei viaggi ….. ma che non vengano a dire che sono stato scortese od insistente perché l’ho chiesto in modo garbato e senza esagerare dato che alla fine ho detto : “ok per il prezzo pattuito come da vostre disposizioni” e premettendo pure che , come scritto nel messaggio il colore non era quello che pensavo io ma bensì un’altro e mi piaceva pure !) come accordi avevo detto che mi sarei rimesso in contatto nell’arco di 24 ore per definire tutto . Non hanno fatto in tempo a passare che mi sono visto arrivare un messaggio con scritto : AUTOVETTURA VENDUTA . Adesso per merito loro , mi trovo con la mia auto venduta perché promessa a mia nipote , in convalescenza post operatoria ad un ginocchio ed una bella presa per il fondelli .. Visto il modo galante che avete usato per avvisare ,in un’altra concessionaria , un venditore avrebbe fatto una chiamata avvertendo su come si stavano evolvendo le dinamiche …. Se far soldi significa questo ….. allora son felice di essere un semplice poveraccio ma almeno di parola e sani principi . Ed hanno pure la faccia tosta poi di replicare raccontando una marea di balle !! To be avoided from every point of view !! I went to this "shop" twice to buy a used car. Given the gallant way you used to warn, in another dealership, a salesman would have made a call warning about how the dynamics were evolving…. If making money means this ... then I am happy to be a simple poor man but at least of word and sound principles. And they also have the nerve then to reply by telling a lot of lies !!

Abbiamo fatto piu' di 50 Km in tre persone con serie intenzioni di acquistare un'auto specifica che sembrava avere un buon prezzo , ma alle doverose e lecite richieste di giustificazioni delle condizioni, kilometraggio e provenienza il Titolare è andato completamente il tilt , dando in escandescenza e rispondendo maleducatamente alle ns. normalissime domande di clienti . Molto probabilmente aveva qualcosa da nascondere visto che tutto quello che diceva non trovava riscontro sull'auto ... Oppure è abituato a vendere auto dal valore di oltre 20 K solo a chi crede a quello che dice lui . Tanti auguri e si vergogni !! To avoid !!! Stay away from this kind of showroom that deserves to close! Rude, arrogant owner. Zero professionalism. We drove more than 50 Km in three people with serious intentions to buy a specific car that seemed to have a good price, but to the dutiful and legitimate requests for justifications of the conditions, mileage and origin, the Owner went completely the tilt, giving in escandescence and rudely replying to our normal customer inquiries. Most likely he had something to hide since everything he said was not reflected in the car ... Or he is used to selling cars worth over 20K only to those who believe what he says. Happy birthday and be ashamed !!

Ho ricevuto un ottimo servizio e il personale è sempre stato molto gentile e paziente! Consiglio vivamente!
