R	Rosolino Rampa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caratteristico locale della bassa padana della Lomellina. Accoglienza cordiale con sorriso, carino l'allestimento dei tavoli, arredamento vintage accogliente, pulizia eccellente, profumi di pizze in ambiente ma non ristagnante e non impregnante degli abiti. Pizze dall'impatto curato e ben lievitato, cottura ottima, friabile. Aromi delle pizze delicati ove gli ingredienti sono ben bilanciati: nessun ingrediente emerge rispetto agli altri. Birre discrete, a mio avviso occorrerebbe ampliarne la selezione con particolare riguardo alle diverse tipologie di birra. Dessert discreto ma eccessive le porzioni, una porzione eccessiva può nauseare: è preferibile terminare la porzione con il desiderio di gustarne altra! Se un prodotto non si può servire a tutti i commensali, si evita di segnalarlo, mi riferisco al sorbetto, a parte che di sabato sera non dovrebbe mancare, essere esaurito! Una pecca è il parcheggio non illuminato: pericoloso! Complessivamente: ottimo. Lo consiglio. Local characteristic of the lower Po valley of Lomellina. P	Pietro Strada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da consigliare. Ci siamo trovati subito bene, ottima accoglienza in un ambiente semplice nelle apparenze e ricercato nella qualità dei prodotti offerti. Musica di quella "giusta", una pizza veramente ottima, dove si vede e si sente tutto il lavoro svolto dal team. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo, anche per provare gli impasti integrali e quelli con i grani siciliani. Bravi To be recommended. L'unico neo è che pultroppo è quasi inesistente il parcheggio. Però x gustare delle buonissime pizze è un posto da provare sicuramente Many good pizzas, light and with very good ingredients. Gli impasti sono molti e differenti, buonissimo quello siciliano. Gli ingredienti sono di qualità. Ed il risultato è spettacolare. Il prezzo è adeguato alla materia prima. Lo consiglio. Se proprio proprio vogliamo trovare il pelo nell'uovo, giusto x nn farli sedere sugli allori, ci vorrebbe della buona birra alla spina. Il menù é solo pizza e birra ma la pizza vale la pena di assaggiarla. Ottimo impasto, perfetta la cottura, ingredienti di prima scelta. Molta attenzione alla clientela e atmosfera semplice e rilassata. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Vero il detto: se lo provi ci riprovi!
