★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato diverse decine di cestini per bomboniera e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è veramente indiscutibile. Purtroppo l'esperienza di acquisto online è stata pessima.
Poco dopo aver piazzato l'ordine e saldato il pagamento, mi scrivono dicendo che tra il momento dell'ordine e quello del pagamento quasi tutti i pezzi sono stati venduti a qualcun altro (il che sembra una pessima scusa) e mi offrono un rimborso completo o l'acquisto di un articolo diverso. Chiedo se l'articolo che volevo sarebbe tornato disponibile e mi rispondono che sarebbe successo dopo tre mesi, quindi accetto di aspettare perché ho tempo. Attendo, ma nessuna comunicazione. Solo dopo mio sollecito mi dicono che il fornitore è in ritardo ma li avranno entro massimo un mese, passato il quale ancora silenzio. Sollecito di nuovo e accampano ulteriori ritardi, "ma stia certo che avrà i cestini per tempo". A un certo punto la responsabile delle vendite online smette addirittura di rispondere alle mie email, mostrando scarsa professionalità. Al telefono, una diversa persona mi rivela che non avranno l'articolo prima di altri 2 mesi, quindi cedo e cambio articolo. È un po' più caro di quello che volevo, ma me lo offrono per lo stesso prezzo e promettono che partirà il giorno dopo. Dopo due settimane, ancora niente e ovviamente nessuna risposta alle mie email. Solo al telefono mi dicono che vogliono un contributo economico aggiuntivo per la spedizione.
Alla fine, ricevo la merce SEI MESI dopo l'ordine.
 I bought several dozen baskets for wedding favors and the value for money is truly indisputable. Unfortunately the online shopping experience was very bad.
Shortly after placing the order and settling the payment, they write to me saying that between the time of the order and the time of payment almost all the pieces have been sold to someone else (which seems like a bad excuse) and offer me a full refund or the purchase of a different item. I ask if the article I wanted would be available again and they tell me that it would happen after three months, so I agree to wait because I have time. I await, but no communication. Only after my reminder do they tell me that the supplier is late but they will have them within a maximum of one month, after which there is still silence. I call again and there are further delays, "but rest assured he will have the baskets in time". At one point the online sales manager even stops responding to my emails, showing lack of professionalism. On the phone, a different person tells me that they will not have the item for another 2 months, so I surrender and change the item. It's a little bit more expensive than what I wanted, but they offer it to me for the same price and promise it will leave the next day. After two weeks, still nothing and obviously no replies to my emails. Only on the phone they tell me that they want an additional financial contribution for shipping.
In the end, I receive the goods SIX MONTHS after the order.
