★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. First they assigned one courier which didn't even show up to pick the box, then they assigned UPS which did pick the box but then did not deliver it.
They were not able to find the package and not even able to have any info.
Finally, they did not reimburse one single euro.
