Non ci molte proposte nel menù ma è un ottima strategia per lavorare al meglio. Piatti abbondanti e molto ben presentati. Il personale molto cortese e attento al cliente. Se siete in zona non perdete l occasione di provare questa osteria, per passare una serata in tranquillità o una cena fra amici! Intimate and very nice and renovated. Dishes that recall the seasonality and the territory. There are not many proposals on the menu but it is an excellent strategy to work at its best. Plentiful and very well presented dishes. Staff very courteous and customer focused. If you are in the area don't miss the chance to try this tavern, to spend an evening in peace or a dinner with friends!

All'interno il ristorante è molto curato e molto ben arredato ; i piatti sono molto curati con alimenti del territorio confezionati davvero molto bene. La pasta è artigianale ed autoprodotta che abbinata ai sughi proposti risulta davvero squisita.Ottimi anche i secondi piatti a base di carne sempre ben presentati. Anche la proposta di dolci assolutamente non banale con alimenti del territorio rielaborati in chiave moderna. Personale gioviale e cortese che offre un buon servizio. Nella media il rapporto qualità/ prezzo , non includerei questo ristorante tra i locali economici o di fascia bassa ma, effettivamente, la qualità e la presentazione delle pietanze che propone giustificano la spesa. Consigliato ! Typical restaurant nestled in the countryside among vineyards and orchards. Inside the restaurant is very nice and very well furnished; the dishes are very well cared for with very well prepared local foods. The pasta is artisanal and self-produced which, combined with the proposed sauces, is really delicious. Excellent also the meat-based main courses always well presented. Even the proposal of desserts absolutely not trivial with foods of the territory reworked in a modern key. Jovial and courteous staff who offer good service. On average the quality / price ratio, I would not include this restaurant among the cheap or low-end premises but, actually, the quality and presentation of the dishes it offers justify the expense. Recommended !

La trattoria ha di recente cambiato gestione e propone piatti sfiziosi con abbinamenti interessanti. Il servizio è cortese, il conto ragionevole. Meglio prenotare perché i posti sono limitati. D'estate ci sono anche dei tavoli esterni. Trattoria lost in the vineyards of Pol, a tiny hamlet, there the road ends and you can relax in silence. The restaurant has recently changed management and offers delicious dishes with interesting combinations. The service is friendly, the bill reasonable. Better to book because places are limited. In summer there are also outdoor tables.
