Frequento altri negozi della stessa gamma, ma la cortesia è sempre inclusa. Qui evidentemente viene venduta in funzione della cifra spesa. Non ho potuto provare le camicie (mai successo in altri negozi di qualità persino superiore) e le due commesse mi hanno lasciato ripetutamente in balia del destino per servire qualcuno che evidentemente era intento ad acquisti e non a cambi. Ero entrato pensando di uscire con qualche pezzo in più, ma ho cambiato quello che dovevo cercando di uscire il prima possibile. Non ci verrò mai più e sconsiglio vivamente di frequentare questo posto. Insieme agli indumenti si paga il servizio svolto da commessi che sanno fare il loro lavoro e non è questo il caso. Bad experience. Clothing of undoubted quality, but absolutely rude staff. For a change of Christmas present I was treated like a rag. They go to other stores in the same range, but courtesy is always included. Here evidently it is sold according to the amount spent. I have not been able to try on the shirts (never happened in other even higher quality stores) and the two orders have repeatedly left me at the mercy of fate to serve someone who was evidently intent on purchases and not on exchanges. I had come in thinking of going out with a few more pieces, but I changed what I had to try to go out as soon as possible. I will never go there again and I strongly advise against visiting this place. Together with clothing you pay for the service done by shop assistants who know how to do their job and this is not the case.

La peculiarità del negozio è la presenza del personale particolarmente ineducato e veramente sgarbato, soprattutto nei confronti di ragazzi più giovani (rispetto al target medio di clienti), trattati per altro con poca considerazione e con sufficienza. Esperienza negativa, a dir poco. Non ci metterò mai più piede Precious and quality garments, but like others found in various shops in the area. The peculiarity of the shop is the presence of particularly uneducated and really rude staff, especially towards younger children (compared to the average target of customers), who are otherwise treated with little consideration and sufficiently. Negative experience, to say the least. I will never set foot there again

Inoltre le due addette vendita non sono per niente empatiche e non invogliano affatto all'acquisto. The quality of today leaves much to be desired compared to the past, but the prices are always quite high.
