Sono abituato alla trippa preparata a Roma, magari con menta, ma questa non ha nulla a che vedere: sommersa in un sugo ricchissimo, con carote, sedano, ecc., e chiodi di garofano. Non ho resistito a pulire il piatto con il pane croccante. Comunque ho assaggiato varie cose, dolci compresi, e mi sono trovato benissimo. Super consigliato, anche grazie alla atmosfera veramente familiare ed ai sorrisi (anche se solo immaginati sotto le mascherine) di chi conduce il locale.
If you like tripe, the one they make here is truly unbeatable. I'm used to tripe prepared in Rome, perhaps with mint, but this has nothing to do: submerged in a very rich sauce, with carrots, celery, etc., and cloves. I couldn't resist cleaning the plate with the crusty bread. However, I tasted various things, including desserts, and I had a great time. Super recommended, also thanks to the truly familiar atmosphere and the smiles (even if only imagined under the masks) of those who run the place.
