I had the Neapolitan pizza and a simple vegetable plate appetizer. The owner served me promptly and attentively. I had eaten the same pizza here 2 years ago and never forgotten it. I live in California in a town with 30 pizza restaurants, some of which are run by Italians. I try pizza everywhere I go. The night before I had searched central Milan for another family-run gem like this. The place I wound up at was good, but I remembered da Sasa as being better. So tonight I walked 40 minutes to da Sasa. I was not disappointed. This is the best pizza I've ever tasted. I think it may be the best pizza in the world. The sauce is bright and flavorful, yet not forward. The anchovies meld in perfectly and aren't the salty sponges you sometimes find. The cheese is simple pure fresh mozarella and the classic crust has just the right amount of char. I'll never go to Milan without visiting da Sasa!

My friends and I had a WONDERFUL evening here - the homemade croquettes were incredible and the rest of the food was equally delicious. All of the staff were so friendly and kind, we will definitely be returning for the limoncello and the pasta next time we’re in Milan!

Have loved this place for over 20 years. The Raggio de Sole Pizza has always been my favourite.

What a wonderful little restaurant. A bit off the beaten track. A bit obscure. A hidden gem. Clearly a family run place, not a chain restaurant. Fish of the day was the Seabass, which was done to perfection. The owners/staff were friendly and helpful and the service was great. The tv was on in the background, adding to the cozy family atmosphere and they have an adorable little fish tank. Almost like having a bit of dinner in someone's home. Loved the experience and would highly recommend. Reasonably priced, too.

An absolute gem. Beautiful authentic Italian food. The best Sea bass and Calzone we’ve ever eaten. If you visit Milan visit this family run restaurant. Lovely staff and great value. 100% would visit again. English menu too. Loved it. Grazie.
