Gestione familiare unica, ti fanno sempre sentire parte della famiglia in più la qualità del cibo era ottima prima ed ora è semplicemente unica.
Prodotti fatti direttamente da loro senza parlare della sensazionale pizza.
Che dire....che aspettate a provarlo!?
A restaurant as it has always been even when it was at Barba, Quarrata.
Unique family run, they always make you feel part of the family plus the quality of the food was great before and now it's just unique.
Products made directly by them without talking about the sensational pizza.
What can I say .... what are you waiting for to try it !?

Ho preso un antipasto di crostini misti, primo piatto di tagliolini dello chef (composto da stracciatella, pistacchi, branzino) ed ho bevuto vino bianco Falanghina. I piatti che ho sentito erano molto buoni. L'impiattamento è molto piacevole alla vista. I bambini hanno mangiato la cotoletta con le patatine ed altre persone hanno mangiato la fantasia di mare. Anche quest'ultimi due piatti, dal parere di chi li ha sentiti, erano buoni. Prezzo nella media. Consigliato!
I have been to this restaurant for a lunch with friends. Very nice place. Courteous staff. I took an appetizer of mixed croutons, first course of the chef's tagliolini (consisting of stracciatella, pistachios, sea bass) and I drank Falanghina white wine. The dishes I heard were very good. The dish is very pleasing to the eye. The children ate the cutlet with chips and other people ate the sea fantasy. Even these last two dishes, from the opinion of those who have heard them, were good. Average price. Advised!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo stati a pranzo io e mia moglie nel mese di dicembre 2021. Locale molto carino, nuovo ed arredato in stile moderno. Molto pulito, ben distanziato, impeccabile la procedura delle normative anti-Covid, sia con la richiesta del green pass ed anche per sanificazione dei tavoli e sedie.
Piatti veramente ottimi, a partire dalla zuppetta di apertura offerta dalla casa. L'antipasto buonissimo con il vassoio di affettati e pasta fritta, con un prosciutto veramente spettacoloso. Così come i primi con le linguine al tartufo su tutti e la carne servita al tavolo ancora sfriggolante sulla griglia di cottura... Molto buona anche questa, saporita e con una morbidezza unica. Spettacolari, oltre che buoni gli spiedini alla Pinko.
Come dolce buonissima la mattonella al caramello......
Un plauso al personale di sala, molto gentile e preparato, atto a dare consigli a chi non conosce il ristorante.
I prezzi in linea con il servizio e la qualità delle portate. Bravi, bravi!!!!!
Sicuramente da ritornare quanto prima e da consigliare ad amici sicuri di fare una buonissima figura.
My wife and I were there for lunch in December 2021. Very nice place, new and furnished in a modern style. Very clean, well spaced, impeccable the anti-Covid regulations procedure, both with the request for the green pass and also for the sanitization of the tables and chairs.
Truly excellent dishes, starting with the opening soup offered by the house. The appetizer was delicious with the platter of cold cuts and fried pasta, with a truly spectacular ham. As well as the first courses with linguine with truffles above all and the meat served at the table still sizzling on the cooking grill ... Also this is very good, tasty and with a unique softness. Spectacular, as well as good the Pinko skewers.
As a delicious dessert, the caramel tile ...
An applause to the dining room staff, very polite and well prepared, capable of giving advice to those unfamiliar with the restaurant.
Prices in line with the service and the quality of the courses. Well done, well done !!!!!
