★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo prenotato 12 amici dal 2/6 gennaio come frequente in qst periodo una coppia di amici si ammala di covid chiediamo alla sig Annarita di Natale 17 giorni prima dell’arrivo se possiamo posticipare il weekend a data da destinarsi. La sige.ra ci risponde che va bene e che saremmo potuti andare appena possibile . Dopo circa un mese la contattiamo ripetutamente non. Risponde e trova continuamente scuse fin quando poi risponde male . Le chiediamo a sto punto la restituzione dei 400 euro di acconto versati con bonifico e di cui non abbiamo mai ricevuto ricevuta fiscale ma dice che non ne abbiamo diritto . Così non si lavora , poca professionalità ! Adiremo per vie legali per vedere garantiti i nostri diritti
 We have booked 12 friends from 2/6 January as frequent in this period a couple of friends get sick with covid, we ask Mrs Annarita di Natale 17 days before arrival if we can postpone the weekend to a later date. The lady replies that it's okay and that we could have gone as soon as possible. After about a month we contact her repeatedly not. He replies and continually makes excuses until then he answers badly. At this point we ask you to return the 400 euro deposit paid by bank transfer and to which we have never received a tax receipt but you say that we are not entitled to it. So you don't work, little professionalism! We will take legal action to see our rights guaranteed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevamo prenotato un’appartamento per il 06 Gennaio per quattro giorni eravamo un gruppo di 12 persone dando quasi la metà della caparra richiesta.
Causa COVID di un gruppo familiare volevamo rinviare il soggiorno.
Abbiamo avvisato l’agenzia 18 giorni prima che avevamo una famiglia con il covid è che non potevamo venire. La Signora ci riferiva che non c’erano problemi. A fine Gennaio abbiamo contattato di nuovo l’agenzia per vedere le date disponibili dell’appartamento in modo da prenotare è bloccare.
Incomincia il calvario.
Prima rispondono dicendo che ci contattavano poi non ci contattano noi continuiamo a chiamare niente poi rispondono infastiditi dicendo che noi siamo insistenti poi ci danno la disponibilità per il 18 febbraio poi non è più disponibile in poche parole non vogliono darci casa è caparra versata.
Meno male che ci eravamo affidati ad un’agenzia.In poche parole fate attenzione persone non serie sul lavoro che svolgono.
We had booked an apartment for January 6th for four days as we were a group of 12 people giving almost half of the required deposit.
Due to COVID of a family group we wanted to postpone the stay.
We notified the agency 18 days before that we had a family with covid and that we could not come. The Lady told us that there were no problems. At the end of January we contacted the agency again to see the available dates of the apartment in order to book and block.
The ordeal begins.
First they reply saying that they contacted us then they don't contact us we keep calling anything then they reply annoyed saying that we are insistent then they give us the availability for February 18th then it is no longer available in a few words they do not want to give us home and deposit paid.
Luckily we had entrusted ourselves to an agency. In short, beware of people who are not serious about the work they do.
