★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo l'appuntamento estivo siamo tornati con amici a mangiare da Marietto. E come sempre è stato tutto impeccabile.
Menu rinnovato che ti lascia provare piatti nuovi, ma con i ravioli alla Marietto che non si possono non provare se non mangiare SEMPRE.
Personale qualificato e super disponibile ti fanno trascorrere una domenica al ristorante come se fossi a casa.
Ora aspettiamo la stagione estiva, per sognare nel dehor e fare un viaggio di sapori che solo Marietto ci sa dare.
 After the summer appointment we went back with friends to eat at Marietto's. And as always, everything was flawless.
Renovated menu that lets you try new dishes, but with Marietto-style ravioli that you can't help but eat ALWAYS.
Qualified and super helpful staff make you spend a Sunday at the restaurant as if you were at home.
Now we are waiting for the summer season, to dream in the outdoor area and take a journey of flavors that only Marietto can give us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il ristorante è carino,i mitici ravioli di Marietto sempre buoni....ma per il resto non è stato un granché e direi di aver speso un po'troppo per quello che abbiamo preso...i tempi di attesa troppo lunghi compensati dalla presenza costante dei camerieri che ogni volta che passavano chiedevano "TUTTO APPOSTO" anche se non stavamo mangiando?
The restaurant is nice, the legendary Marietto ravioli always good .... but otherwise it was not very good and I would say that I spent a little too much for what we took ... the waiting times too long compensated by the constant presence of the waiters who every time they passed asking "ALL APPROPRIATE" even if we weren't eating?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante situato nelle colline del Gavi, facilmente raggiungibile da Novi Ligure, Gavi e Francavilla Bisio tenendo come riferimento Rovereto.
Location semplice ma ben curata, in estate ottima la sistemazione all'aperto.
Cucina tipica del territorio con i famosissimi ravioli di Marietto, una istituzione da queste parti.
Cucina arricchita da piacevoli sperimentazioni di prodotti tipici e non. Vini di grande qualità. Dolci fatti in casa.
Da ritornare ogni qual volta se ne ha voglia.
Restaurant located in the Gavi hills, easily reachable from Novi Ligure, Gavi and Francavilla Bisio taking Rovereto as a reference.
Simple but well-kept location, excellent outdoor accommodation in summer.
Typical local cuisine with the famous Marietto ravioli, an institution in these parts.
Cuisine enriched by pleasant experiments with typical and non-typical products. Wines of great quality. Homemade sweets.
To return whenever you feel like it.

La grandissima pecca? L'attesa. Eterna. Dopo aver ordinato abbiamo atteso 55 minuti l'antipasto e poi altri 50 minuti per il primo. Nettamente troppo. Arriviamo per pagare e ci fanno il conto di un altro tavolo in cui ci dicono che ci omaggiano la bottiglia, ci accorgiamo che il conto non è il nostro (nonostante la differenza minima di 10€ tra i due conti) però questa volta la bottiglia o il caffè non vengono offerti... Strana gestione, non apprezzato il gesto del conto, pessima tutta l'attesa per il pranzo... Star seduti più di due ore e mezza per antipasto, primo e dolce davvero troppo!
Great online booking system, exquisite food, correct prices.
The biggest flaw? The wait. Eternal. After ordering we waited 55 minutes for the starter and then another 50 minutes for the first. Far too much. We arrive to pay and they make us the bill at another table where they tell us that they give us the bottle, we realize that the bill is not ours (despite the minimum difference of € 10 between the two accounts) but this time the bottle or the coffee are not offered ... Strange management, not appreciated the gesture of the bill, bad all the wait for lunch ... To be seated more than two and a half hours for an appetizer, first and dessert really too much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here during the winter time (early Jan 2022) on a Sunday evening, and the experience and food was amazing! From the entree to dessert, each dish was spectacular and the flavours really highlighted the best of Piedmontese food.
The chef and waiter were fantastic and made sure we had a comfortable and warm time:)
Not to forget, the wine choices were stunning - they have many to choose from including ones produced in Gavi
