Ogni singolo alimento è confezionato per mantenere la miglior qualità, gli affettati ci sono arrivati in una vaschetta ad atmosfera modificata per mantenere integro il gusto dei salumi. Il pacco è refrigerato e non con il ghiaccio a secco come fanno tutti. Non possiamo più fare a meno della spesa del Carelli, che anche con la sua simpatia sui social ci ha conquistato in tutto e per tutto. A partire dalla disponibilità e professionalità, che al giorno d’oggi sta diventando sempre più rara purtroppo e già solo per questo mi hanno conquistato. Il diaframma di Black Angus è stato fenomenale. Complimenti anche allo staff preparatissimo e sempre cordiale. Ormai tappa fissa il giovedì a Dalmine.
