★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tra i vari discount che utilizzo è il meno pulito e con personale poco disponibile, tranne un paio di eccezioni. Migliorabile. Mi aspettavo la risposta a di routine che dimostra la vostra mancanza di attenzione al cliente che va di pari passo con la scarsa educazione nei confronti dei dipendenti!
 Among the various discounters I use, it is the least clean and with unhelpful staff, with a couple of exceptions. Improved. I was expecting the routine response that demonstrates your lack of customer focus that goes hand in hand with poor employee education!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discount fornito, ordinato e pulito, particolare apprezzamento al personale per un negozio così grande ma sempre gentile ed efficiente, pronto ad aprire una cassa in più se vede la coda, molto precisi, non ho mai trovato errori sullo scontrino, cosa che capita molto spesso negli altri supermercati. I prezzi sono buoni, frutta e verdura da migliorare molto buona la macelleria.
Discount provided, tidy and clean, particular appreciation to the staff for such a large but always kind and efficient shop, ready to open an extra cash desk if it sees the queue, very precise, I never found errors on the receipt, which happens very often in other supermarkets. Prices are good, fruit and vegetables to be improved very good at the butchery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho frequentato questo discount soprattutto in questo periodo in cui non potevo uscire dal paese,un particolare apprezzamento al personale che è sempre poco per un negozio così grande ma sempre gentile ed efficiente, pronto ad aprire una cassa in più se vede la coda, non ho mai trovato errori sullo scontrino, cosa che mi capita molto spesso invece a esselunga per esempio. I prezzi sono buoni, frutta e verdura non male come pure la macelleria.
I frequented this discount especially in this period when I could not get out of the country, a particular appreciation to the staff who is always little for such a large but always kind and efficient shop, ready to open an extra cash if you see the queue, I have not never found errors on the receipt, which happens to me very often in esselunga for example. The prices are good, not bad fruit and vegetables as well as the butcher shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vasto assortimento di prodotti ma poco "curati" purtroppo: frutta spesso esposta marcia, prodotti confezionati vicini alla scadenza o addirittura scaduti. Super invece il banco carne a prezzi non proprio competitivi ma di ottima qualità per un discount.
In compenso personale sempre gentile anche se super indaffarato.
Vast assortment of products but unfortunately not very "cared for": often rotten exposed fruit, packaged products close to expiry or even expired. Super instead the meat counter at not exactly competitive prices but of excellent quality for a discount.
On the other hand, staff always polite even if super busy.

Reparto latticini e salumi confezionati abbastanza buono
Contro:
Reparto ortofrutta da migliorare non sempre si trova frutta e verdura fresca
Reparto macelleria idem come frutta e verdura, mi è capitato di comprare carne non proprio fresca
Consiglio di aumentare personale per risolvere i problemi, un negozio così carino ha bisogno di addetti ai vari reparti, non che la cassiera debba mettere frutta o carne fuori quando non ha gente in cassa.
Migliorare anche la pulizia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi buoni, ma tantissimi prodotti non italiani (alimentari e non); code in cassa di frequente (quasi sempre è aperta una sola cassa, anche se c'è gente in attesa, cosa a cui pare assolutamente indifferente il restante personale intento ad altro).
Quello che reputo più negativo, per quel che è la mia esperienza, è che troppe volte il prezzo esposto non corrisponde al reale addebito, magari per pochi centesimi, ma talvolta anche per cifre più importanti, e che ogni volta si sia costretti a richiedere una verifica e un esiguo rimborso o a rendere il prodotto contestato, il che non è tanto una questione di valori quanto di principi...
Good prices, but many non-Italian products (food and non-food); queues at the cashier frequently (almost always only one cashier is open, even if there are people waiting, which seems to be absolutely indifferent to the remaining staff intent on other things).
What I consider most negative, as far as my experience is concerned, is that too many times the displayed price does not correspond to the real charge, perhaps for a few cents, but sometimes also for more important figures, and that every time one is forced to request a verification and a small refund or to return the disputed product, which is not so much a question of values as of principles ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discount di discreto livello, alcuni prodotti sono di buonissima qualità in assoluto e soprattutto considerando il rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Qualche RARO prodotto invece è di pessima qualità e praticamete immangiabile.
Le poche volte che mi è capitato non ho avuto nessun problèma a farmi rimborsare il prodotto in questione parlando con i commessi che sono estremamente gentili.
I prodotti freschi e semi freschi hanno sempre date ben dentro il range di scadenza, percui nessun problèma da questo punto di vista.
Si trovano grandi tagli di carne preimballati di buona qualità (anche per grigliate) con etichetta che riporta tutti i dati di tracciabilità adatta alla ristorazione.
Discount at a fair level, some products are of very good quality and especially considering the quality / price ratio.
Some RARE products, on the other hand, are of poor quality and practically inedible.
The few times that happened to me I had no problem getting my product refunded by talking to the clerks who are extremely kind.
Fresh and semi-fresh products always have dates well within the expiry range, so no problem from this point of view.
There are large cuts of pre-packed meat of good quality (also for grilling) with a label showing all the traceability data suitable for catering.
