Siamo stati accompagnati in un viaggio emozionale dalla signora Nuccia, con garbo e rara cortesia. Coccolati in ogni momento, abbiamo apprezzato la creatività dello Chef stellato Davide Pezzuto, sapori e abbinamenti eccellenti, piatti composti con maestria, riuscitissimi, squisiti, mai banali. Abbiamo trascorso una splendida serata e di questo vi ringraziamo. Excellent food experience! Every detail at the Done tells of commitment, elegance, class, from the mise en place to the furnishings. We were accompanied on an emotional journey by Mrs. Nuccia, with grace and rare courtesy. Pampered at all times, we appreciated the creativity of the starred Chef Davide Pezzuto, excellent flavors and combinations, dishes made with skill, very successful, exquisite, never banal. We spent a wonderful evening and we thank you for that.

Sapori, colori ed emozioni in ogni piatto, sapientemente presentato. Selezione di vini "emozionale". caffè turco come da tradizione di Montepagano. Excellent gourmet restaurant. Excellent service, quality of raw materials, local and self-produced, of the highest level. Food of the highest level. Flavors, colors and emotions in each dish, expertly presented. "Emotional" wine selection. Turkish coffee as per the Montepagano tradition.

Service: 8/10 Servizio molto attento alle esigenze del cliente. Food: 8/10 Per essere un ristorante stellato non ha deluso le aspettative. Le portate iniziali sono state le migliori, con materie uniche della regione. Il primo ha deluso le aspettative, dato che richiamava il sapore del brodetto dall'Antipasto. Desserts: 7/10 Buono ma non memorabile Prezzo: ottimo per essere uno stellato. Overall: Consiglierei il ristorante per un esperienza da 1 stella Michelin. Alcune cose da rivedere soprattutto nei primi e nel dolce. type: Dinner + Overnight (February 2021) Location: 7/10 Very interesting location in Montepagano. Where it is possible to see the Gran Sasso and the sea. Service: 8/10 Service very attentive to customer needs. Food: 8/10 To be a starred restaurant, it did not disappoint expectations. The initial courses were the best, with materials unique to the region. The first disappointed expectations, since it recalled the flavor of the soup from the Antipasto. Desserts: 7/10 Good but not memorable Price: great for being a star. Overall: I would recommend the restaurant for a 1 star Michelin experience. Some things to review especially in the first and dessert.
