Avevo appuntamento alle 9.30 io sono arrivato un po in anticipo e ho solo detto ad un addetto che attendevo il venditore ( non dico il nome)....arrivato lui ha preso in carico due clienti che sicuramente avevano appuntamento prima di me....io mi siedo e attendo....il problema è che dopo ben 45 minuti il venditore coi clienti sono andati a fare un test drive e quindi mi avrebbe dedicato il suo tempo chissà quando..... e ho deciso di andare via naturalmente avvertendo un altro addetto.Dico solo che per me non puoi dare appuntamenti a distanza di mezz'ora anche perché dopo un po la gente si scoccia e soprattutto ha altro da fare che attendere quasi 1 ora senza ricevere niente. Purtroppo hanno perso un potenziale cliente dato che ero veramente interessato. Pazienza. Costretto a dare due stelle
So I state that this is not a review to discredit the dealership it is ONLY MY TESTIMONY period. I had an appointment at 9.30 I arrived a little early and I just told an employee that I was waiting for the seller (I don't say the name) .... when he arrived he took charge of two customers who surely had an appointment before me ... .I sit and wait .... the problem is that after 45 minutes the salesman with the customers went for a test drive and therefore he would have dedicated his time to me who knows when ..... and I decided to leave of course by informing another employee. I'm just saying that for me you can't make appointments after half an hour also because after a while people get annoyed and above all they have other things to do than wait almost 1 hour without receiving anything. Unfortunately they lost a potential customer as I was really interested. Patience. Forced to give two stars
