Era stato detto loro di cambiare un filtro nafta (lavorazione semplice ed economica); si sono dimenticati e questo ha provocato delle conseguenze gravi per le persone a bordo del veicolo. Per non prendersi la responsabilità dell'accaduto hanno negato la loro dimenticanza, se ne sono completamente "lavati le mani" e hanno trattando dei clienti in modo pessimo.
Unreliable, fake and conspiratorial mechanics. They had been told to change an oil filter (simple and cheap processing); they forgot and this has had serious consequences for the people in the vehicle. In order not to take responsibility for what happened they denied their forgetfulness, they completely "washed their hands" and treated customers in a very bad way.
