Anni fa ho portato l'auto da D.E.P.A. per cambiare la batteria, mi avevano fatto un preventivo e avevo accettato. Durante la sostituzione era venuto fuori che mi avevano proposto la batteria sbagliata e che ce ne voleva una più grande, che ovviamente costava di più. Con la batteria già scollegata, a lavoro già iniziato, ho risposto che andava bene e hanno messo la batteria che dicevano loro.
A distanza di qualche anno, oggi mia moglie ha riportato l'auto da D.E.P.A. sempre per la batteria della stessa macchina. Sapete cosa le hanno detto? Che quella di prima non andava bene perché era troppo piccola..... Cosa dovrei pensare a questo punto? Che è un giochino che fanno sistematicamente per farti comprare una batteria più grande che in realtà non ti serve? Se a questo aggiungiamo che mediamente i prezzi sono più alti rispetto ad altri negozi di auto ricambi, beh il quadretto è completo.
A me non mi vedranno più in quel posto, voi fate liberamente le vostre considerazioni in base all'esperienza mia e degli altri utenti.
I have some doubts about the honesty of this seller.
Years ago I took the car to D.E.P.A. to change the battery, they gave me a quote and I accepted. During the replacement it turned out that I had been offered the wrong battery and that a bigger one was needed, which obviously cost more. With the battery already disconnected, at work already started, I replied that it was fine and they put the battery they said.
A few years later, today my wife brought the car back to D.E.P.A. always for the battery of the same machine. Do you know what they told her? That the first one was not good because it was too small ..... What should I think at this point? What is a game they systematically play to get you to buy a bigger battery that you don't really need? If we add to this that on average the prices are higher than in other auto parts shops, well the picture is complete.
They will no longer see me in that place, you freely make your considerations based on my experience and that of other users.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un problema alle gomme: si sono dimostrati disponibili (mi hanno spiegato con dovizia di particolari), competenti, rapidi, gentili e, se i prezzi fossero un poco più bassi, sarebbero perfetti! Per mia esperienza, sicuramente li consiglio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio di auto ricambi, moto ricambi,accessori auto e moto, carrozzeria, auto officina, insomma di tutto e di più. Solo 3 stelline su 5 perché come prezzi sono più cari di quanto uno si aspetta guardano le pubblicità in giro che a volte capita di vedere sul retro degli autobus genovesi.
Il personale come si può leggere anche su tante altre recensioni spesso è vero che non è il massimo, a volte sembrano quasi scocciati di servirti e di aiutarti nella ricerca di accessori, auto ricambi e informazioni varie.
Auto parts store, motorcycle parts, auto and motorcycle accessories, bodywork, auto workshop, in short, everything and more. Only 3 out of 5 stars because as prices are more expensive than one expects they look at the advertisements around that sometimes happen to see on the back of Genoese buses.
The staff, as can also be read on many other reviews, is often true that it is not the best, sometimes they seem almost annoyed to serve you and help you in the search for accessories, auto parts and various information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato ad acquistare pastiglie anteriori per auto. avevo il libretto con me, quindi tutti i dati disponibili per il ricambio. Dopo una ricerca interminabile al terminale, l' operatore riesce a darmi le pastiglie sbagliate. Aggiungo che lo stesso articolo/codice, acquistato su internet costa 35euro mentre da DEPA 50 euro. Oltre a sconsigliarlo, non ci tornerò mai più, ne per interventi di manutenzione, ne per comprare 1 litro di antigelo ( quello giusto! ).
