La ragazza della reception molto simpatica e solare.
Il medico,Riccardo e stato professionale,gentile,disponibile. Sono rimasta sodisfatta dell risultato e dell'esperienza passata.
Positive experience at the D-Dental clinic in via de'Carracci 7 / a, in Bologna. Very kind and professional. I went for cleaning and bleaching. The very clean interior with the protective measures, which I especially appreciate in this period.
The reception girl very nice and sunny.
The doctor, Riccardo was professional, kind, helpful. I was satisfied with the result and past experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche giorno fa sono andato per farmi sistemare la pasta dello splintaggio nei denti sotto, ci hanno messo 10 min di orologio, al telefono mi avevano detto che il costo era di €30, senza vedere cosa dovevano fare, finito il lavoro vado a pagare e mi chiedeno €50, vi rendete conto, per mettere un pochino di pasta senza fare nienet' altro.
Al confronte la pulizia dei denti dovrebbe costare €200 invece che €25.
Miraccomando state attenti ad andarci.
A few days ago I went to get the splinting paste in the teeth below, they took 10 minutes of the clock, on the phone they told me that the cost was € 30, without seeing what they had to do, after the work I went to pay and you ask me € 50, you realize, to put a little bit of pasta without doing anything else.
In comparison, cleaning the teeth should cost € 200 instead of € 25.
Miraccomando be careful to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio normale ma il personale non tiene la mascherina. Due volte su due ho dovuto sollecitare di indossarla. Molto grave per uno studio dentistico in un periodo come questo.
Normal service but the staff does not keep the mask. Twice out of two times I had to ask to wear it. Very serious for a dental office at a time like this.
