Il preventivo di spesa per la riparazione era altissimo ! Mi spiace ma devo bocciare pienamente questa azienda ! Ho risolto chiamando un altra azienda e ho speso pochissimo , Senza sostituire la caldaia! Ci siamo rivolti a loro per un problema al condizionatore panasonic NUOVO , CHE LA PANASONIC NON HA VOLUTO SOSTITUIRE. A parte questo, che è un problema di Panasonic, loro hanno riparato il pezzo sostituito e di nuovo la macchina non va. Pazzesco. Fanno assistenza a condizionatori che non sanno nemmeno come sono fatti!! Dopo 4 mesi dall'acquisto del condizionatore non siamo ancora riusciti a farlo funzionare, per colpa anche della Panasonic, ma per colpa ANCHE SICURAMENTE DELLA LORO MANCANZA DI PROFESSIONALITÀ! STATI DISTANTI DA QUESTO NEGOZIO. They scammed us from the first to the last day. We contacted them about a problem with the NEW panasonic air conditioner, which PANASONIC DID NOT WANT TO REPLACE. Aside from that, which is Panasonic's problem, they have repaired the replaced part and again the car doesn't work. Crazy. They assist air conditioners who don't even know how they are made !! I	Irene Cassola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sento presa in giro, avevo una semplice pulizia di un condizionatore da fare, ho atteso il tecnico per ben tre volte, (di cui la prima prendendo un permesso a lavoro!) riprogrammando con pazienza gli appuntamenti, e il tecnico non si è mai presentato. Richiamavo io tutte le volte con educazione perché oltre a non presentarsi, nessuno mi ha mai chiamato per dirmi che l'appuntamento era annullato. Adesso basta. La pazienza è finita. Non è affatto professionale, anzi al limite del ridicolo. Non consiglio! I feel made fun of, I had a simple cleaning of an air conditioner to do, I waited for the technician three times, (the first one taking a leave to work!) Patiently rescheduling the appointments, and the technician was never presented. I called back politely every time because in addition to not showing up, no one ever called me to tell me that the appointment was canceled. Now stop. Patience is over. It is not professional at all, indeed bordering on ridicule. I do not recommend!
