★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended at ALL!!! They offer bicycles for rent without any insurance and obliging the clients to sign papers for full responsibility and to pay the entire bicycle cost in case of any damage...However in accident case of a Bicycle and instead of asking the municipal police to review the roads cameras for investigation of an accident especially with cars, they directly ask you to compensate for the cost of bicycle or overestimating the used parts to be replaced by new ones even if they are not affected or damaged by the accident (but simply because it is already used)...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service, very friendly and competent, thank you very much! They repaired my bike in an emergency and charged nothing for it, because "they didn't need any spare parts" - very generous! They saved our biking tour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company ever. We borrowed bikes for 3hours in the middle of our way the chain on one bike broke. So we needed to push the bike back after 1,5 hour of our rent. Without chain you cannot do anything.
Then we didnt get any refund of any amout but we should pay 5euro because of THEIR BROKEN CHAIN. Than assussed that he will call police on us if we dont want to pay.
Of course we didnt pay for 1.5 on a broken bike.
Shame that this whole thing put a bad mood on your vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired a De Rosa road bike for the day from the shop. Very friendly and easy to use. No deposit required, bring along photo ID. Rode up to Capovalle - big hill!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome people and bikes. Even tho we had bad luck with a flat tire, they drove a van to the mountains and replaced the bike. Just a great service. The shop looks also pretty cool and has changing rooms with showers. Keep up the great work guys. We will come back.
