Darei anche piu stelle se non avessi trovato sulla bici acquistata li copertoni un po datati (cioè bici comprata nel 2019 e data di produzione sui pneumatici era 2002 e 2003

Tempo fa avevo acquistato una Scott preso il loro Store con tutti gli accessori e il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato dei migliori.
Oggi torno dopo molto tempo per acquistare delle scarpette da spinning e la commessa è stata gentile, veloce e disponibile a farmi rientrare nel budget con un prodotto in linea con i miei gusti e della collezione 2019!!!
Tornerò sicuramente per i prossimi acquisti!

Some time ago I bought a Scott took their store with all the accessories and the value for money was the best.
Today I come back after a long time to buy some spinning shoes and the saleswoman was kind, quick and willing to make me fit in the budget with a product in line with my tastes and the 2019 collection !!!
I will definitely be back for the next purchases!

Il signore più anziano mi ha salutato e ha smesso di lavorare su un'altra bici e rapidamente, entro 10 minuti, ha riparato la sua bici. Il prezzo era di soli € 5. Servizio eccellente ad un prezzo eccellente .. questo è un 5 stelle facile
I showed up in the early evening on my daughter's bike. The older gentleman greeted me and stopped working on another bike and quickly, within 10 minutes, repaired his bike. The price was only € 5. Excellent service at an excellent price .. this is an easy 5 star

L'ho dovuta portare varie volte per alcuni problemi(fatevi rilasciare sempre una ricevuta!).
Dopo un anno e 8 mesi devo cambiare ruota libera, sfere e dadi conici. Si sono usurati e non vengono coperti da garanzia (lo sapevo già). Allora preferisco comprare una ruota posteriore nuova, magari più performante.
Invece, scopro che ho una bici ancora in garanzia e i rivenditori Cannondale di Roma non vendono più il mozzo o la ruota che serve a questa bici. O almeno non reperibile in breve tempo e con costi contenuti.
Tutto questo lo ho scoperto mentre aspetto dal 31/01/2022 (oggi è il 21/02/2022) che cicli Petta mi contatti per darmi notizie a riguardo.
I bought a Cannondale trail1 MTB in June 2020.
I had to bring it several times due to some problems (always get a receipt!).
After a year and 8 months I have to change the freewheel, balls and conical nuts. They are worn out and are not covered by the warranty (I already knew that). Then I prefer to buy a new rear wheel, perhaps more performing.
Instead, I discover that I have a bike still under warranty and Cannondale dealers in Rome no longer sell the hub or wheel this bike needs. Or at least not available in a short time and with low costs.
I discovered all this while I wait from 01/31/2022 (today is 02/21/2022) for Petta cycles to contact me to give me news about it.
