★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato la struttura tramite WhatsApp, così come scritto dal sito, per avere informazioni circa i prezzi. La risposta è stata "buongiorno, a che ora possiamo chiamarla". Se avessi voluto parlare per telefono vi avrei chiamati io... Ad ogni modo quando chiedo se posso avere i prezzi via messaggio non mi si degna nemmeno di una risposta. I prezzi dovrebbero essere trasparenti, e non comprendo la difficoltà nel pubblicarli sul sito o nel rispondere ad un messaggio senza troppo mistero... Insomma, struttura decisamente da migliorare nel rapporto con la clientela e in termini di empatia. Bocciati.
 I contacted the structure via WhatsApp, as written by the site, to get information about the prices. The answer was "hello, what time can we call you". If I wanted to talk by phone I would have called you ... Anyway when I ask if I can get the prices via message I don't even deign to answer. Prices should be transparent, and I don't understand the difficulty in publishing them on the site or in responding to a message without too much mystery ... In short, a structure definitely to be improved in the relationship with customers and in terms of empathy. Fail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prima impressione è stata oltremodo negativa, sia nell'accoglienza che nel caos in cui mi sono ritrovata e nella assoluta non professionalità. Un primo appuntamento va gestito in tranquillità, serenità ed in un luogo appartato, non in una baraonda di musica assordante che per quanto mi riguarda, mi ha assolutamente infastidita.
Non consiglio nel modo più assoluto questo luogo, che dovrebbe essere al contrario estremamente rilassante ed appagante!!!
Non sarò mai Vs. cliente e mai potrò farvi pubblicità.

Io sono pigra ma da Curves vado volentieri xchè mi diverto, mi alleno,sto meglio e tutto in poco tempo.

Raggirato da mille parole ho firmato il contratto annuale dove ahimè non ho letto che non si può essere rimborsati in caso decisione di recedere dal contratto. Premetto che ho avuto un infortunio che non mi permette più di fare determinate attività fisiche ed è per questo che non posso accettare "... fino a per sempre?"
Oltretutto ho acquistato la chiavetta senza che mi fosse detto che non si può restituire e ricevere i soldi spesi perché personale.
Firmare un contratto con loro è peggio che donare l'anima... è tutto per sempre!
Gli ho regalato 9 mesi di abbonamento...

La struttura è molto carina e funzionale, le persone che lavorano li sono molto disponibili, gioviali, e professionali. Il clima è molto positivo e rilassato e si sorride spesso. Consiglio questo luogo per chi ha poco tempo e vuole fare un allenamento di qualità e per trascorrere del tempo piacevole!
