★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra davvero ottima, con bravissime insegnanti che ti seguono in modo personalizzato. Io ho perso diversi chili e tonificato molto i muscoli. Fantastica la possibilità di fare ginnastica in poco più di mezz'ora, lo stesso tempo che ci metto a fare la spesa!!!...però almeno qui si dimagrisce!!! Prezzi nella media delle palestre.
Really good gym, with very good teachers who follow you in a personalized way. I lost several pounds and toned my muscles a lot. Fantastic the opportunity to do gymnastics in just over half an hour, the same time that it takes me to do the shopping !!! ... but at least here you lose weight !!! Prices in the average of the gyms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi trovo molto Bene! Un bell' allenamento in poco tempo. L' ambiente è cordiale e le ragazze gentili e preparate. Siamo donne di tutte le età e c'è una bella atmosfera tranquilla e rilassata. Nessuna atleta o modella.... Che si atteggia o altro.

I started a year ago without much desire and I never stopped going there! The coaches are very prepared and super stimulating in order to make the half hour of training a fun among friends! I recommend it to all women!

All'inizio ero un po' scettica poiché non sono una persona da palestra, solitamente non sono costante e non mi motiva. Tuttavia in questa sono del tutto sorpresa! Le varie coach sono tutte simpatiche e motivano molto? Allenamento semplice e breve, adatto ad un amplio spettro di età
