Le mie due stelle sono per il fatto che quando sono andata alla "prova gratuita" ho scoperto che non potevo realmente provare il circuito. Spiego meglio: la prova in realtà consisteva in una descrizione attenta e precisa di ciò che si andrebbe a fare se ci si iscrive ma non è prevista la possibilità di provare una lezione (neanche a pagamento). Essendo un franchising credo che la scelta non sia legata a questo luogo, ma è quest'ultimo che ho visitato... Suggerisco di chiarire cosa significa "prova gratuita" quando la si propone e dare la possibilità di provare realmente il lavoro, invece di fare abbonamenti a scatola chiusa (un'idea che non ho apprezzato).
Nice equipment, friendly and helpful reception girls. My two stars are for the fact that when I went to the "free trial" I discovered that I couldn't really test the circuit. Let me explain: the test actually consisted of a careful and precise description of what you would do if you enrolled but there is no possibility to try a lesson (not even for a fee). Being a franchise I believe that the choice is not tied to this place, but it is the latter that I visited ... I suggest clarifying what "free trial" means when you propose it and giving you the opportunity to really try the job, instead of make closed-box subscriptions (an idea I didn't like).
