★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella, moltissimi attrezzi di pesistica e anche ampia zona cardio con vari strumenti per allenarsi. Spogliatoio molto carino con armadietti con chiavi , docce con vetri e bagni.
Personale gentile e spesso disponibile ? prezzi nella media .
Beautiful, lots of weightlifting tools and also a large cardio area with various tools to train. Very nice dressing room with lockers with keys, glass showers and bathrooms.
Friendly and often helpful staff ? average prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'unica palestra al mondo nella quale ti vogliono vedere se hai il permesso di soggiorno.
(Ci sono rimasto malissimo)
È una palestra da bodybuilding con tanti macchinari ma manca un po' la parte adatta alla pesistica , squat libero , pedane ecc.
Ce solo una panca piana non munita di bilanciere professionale.
La gestione non ha principi di uguaglianza nei confronto delle persone, alcune volte si rivolge alla clientela senza il sorriso. È inutile credersi i padroni del mondo!!!

It is a bodybuilding gym with many machines but the part suitable for weight lifting, free squats, platforms etc. is missing a bit.
There is only a flat bench without a professional barbell.
The management does not have principles of equality towards people, sometimes it turns to customers without a smile. It is useless to believe oneself the masters of the world !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra molto grande, c'è spazio per allenarsi in tutta tranquillità e sicurezza. Gli ambienti sono confortevoli, puliti e accoglienti. Gli istruttori sono bravissimi e coinvolgenti.
Very large gym, there is space to train in peace and safety. The rooms are comfortable, clean and welcoming. The instructors are great and engaging.
