★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patti é sede vescovile, dove si trova la Basilica cattedrale di San Bartolomeo nel cui interno ad unica navata sono custodite la tomba della regina Adelasia del Vasto, moglie di Ruggero d'Altavilla e il reliquiario di Santa Febronia. Le origini della sede risalgono al 1157 quando fu edificata per ordine del Papa. Nel 1988 fu visitata da Giovanni Paolo II.
Patti is the episcopal seat, where the Cathedral Basilica of San Bartolomeo is located, in whose interior with a single nave are kept the tomb of Queen Adelasia del Vasto, wife of Ruggero d'Altavilla and the reliquary of Santa Febronia. The origins of the seat date back to 1157 when it was built by order of the Pope. In 1988 it was visited by John Paul II.
