★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'Istituto insiste su una precedente proprietà laica denominata Villa Marina, nome tutt'ora ampiamente usato. Si tratta quindi di una splendida villa del primo '900 con parco e bellissima pineta, situato al Km. 10,700 della Via Casilina, al civico 1113. In anni più recenti, su una porzione del parco, è stato realizzato un edificio, inizialmente destinato ad una Casa del Pellegrino in vista del Grande Giubileo del 2000, mai utilizzato in tal senso perchè non ultimato in tempo utile, è oggi nella disponibilità di un Ente ospedaliero privato che, una volta dotato di un ingresso indipendente in Via (privata) Federico Calabresi che lo rende totalmente autonomo dalla villa, oggi ospita un Centro per la cura dell'infertilità e, in avanzata fase di realizzazione, una struttura di riabilitazione post-emergenza.
The Institute insists on a previous secular property called Villa Marina, a name still widely used today. It is therefore a splendid villa of the early 1900s with a park and a beautiful pine forest, located at Km. 10,700 of Via Casilina, at number 1113. In more recent years, a building was built on a portion of the park, initially intended for a Casa del Pellegrino in view of the Great Jubilee of 2000, never used in this sense because it was not completed in time, is now in the availability of a private hospital body which, once equipped with an independent entrance in Via (private) Federico Calabresi which makes it totally independent from the villa, today it houses an infertility treatment center and, in an advanced stage of construction, a post-emergency rehabilitation facility.
