★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto gentile. File lunghissime data la forte utenza anche se per fortuna scorre molto velocemente. Il parcheggio è lungo la gianicolense ed a pagamento quindi comunque c'è da camminare. Conviene presentarsi al cup almeno un'ora prima dell'appuntamento oppure effettuare il pagamento on line evitando almeno questo tipo di fila visto che anche nei reparti in cui ci si reca in linea di massima si deve prendere un ulteriore numero e rifare la fila.
Very nice staff. Very long rows given the strong user even if fortunately it flows very quickly. The parking lot is along the gianicolense and for a fee, therefore there is still walking. It is better to show up at the cup at least an hour before the appointment or make the payment online avoiding at least this type of queue since even in the departments where you go in principle you have to take an additional number and redo the queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non so come fosse prima della Pandemia, ma oggi è a dir poco macchinoso. Non rispondono al telefono e non esiste un sistema di pagamento online. Si creano file assurde, totale mancanza di informazioni. Due stelle solo perché ho avuto la fortuna di beccare persone disponibili e gentili.
I don't know how it was before the pandemic, but today it is cumbersome to say the least. They don't answer the phone and there is no online payment system. You create absurd files, total lack of information. Two stars only because I was lucky enough to find helpful and kind people.
