Nonostante l'organizzazione lasci un po' a desiderare ci tenevo a sottolineare la gentilezza cortesia e non per ultima la professionalità di tutto il personale , infermieri e medici in primis. This morning I went with my wife to the Umberto I orthopedic clinic in Largo Aldo Moro 3, Rome. Although the organization leaves something to be desired, I wanted to emphasize the kindness, courtesy and not least the professionalism of all the staff, first of all nurses and doctors.

Completamente ignorata da infermieri e medici, nonostante fossero stati avvertiti della sua pressione troppo alta, con rischio di infarto. Personale privo di umanità, e professionalità. Scesa dall’ambulanza subito le hanno fatto rx, manovra eseguita immediatamente dopo, gesso e rx di verifica, la sera siamo tornati a casa. Operatori sanitari ineccepibili, tutti, complimenti! M	Maya Klingon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATTENZIONE !! a questo numero risponde una segreteria telefonica che dice di chiamare SOLO il venerdi' dalle 12 alle 13 al numero 803333 (disabilitato da dicembre 2018) o di richiamare lo stesso numero che stai gia' chiamando. a fine settembre 2019 non si sono neanche degnati di aggiornare il numero del CUP. questo la dice lunga su questa struttura ormai al tracollo, personale estremamente maleducato, sporcizia, formiche, gente infetta nello stesso reparto con altri pazienti (e' successo in chirurgia di emergenza), gente abbandonata a se stessa.... F	Francesco Scamallo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato per un controllo dopo una seduta di pronto soccorso e come al solito ho trovato un'organizzazione discreta (ma non hanno accettato il postamat per pagare!) e abbastanza disponibile. Tuttavia, lamento distanza esagerata degli studi di radiologia faticosamente raggiungibili per gli anziani con le stampelle (a volte prestano loro carrozzine allo scopo).La cosa più grave è che il personale medico sembrava rappresentato solo da specializzandi,che tra l'altro si sono dimenticati di prescrivermi l'anticoagulante,che pure a parole ritenevano necessario.Al momento, il medico di base si rifiuta di prescrivere anticoagulanti. Così mi tocca di far tornare un familiare all'ambulatorio per richiedere la prescrizione. Inoltre, gli specializzandi, molto insicuri, non riescono a "vedere" sulle lastre segni della frattura (o le lastre sono state fatte male o...). Purtroppo era un giorno di lavoro tra troppi ponti festivi con i veri ortopedici in vacanza !!! Sperando che sia stata un'eccezione alla regola il voto non è stato peggiore. R	Roberto Paciotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi sono stato in questo "ospedale" per mia madre con disabilita'. Cominciamo nel dire che per entrare non c'è una rampa per chi è in carrozzina. Non ci sono cartelli per capire dove è ortopedia e ovviamente nessuno per chiedere. Cmq arriviamo puntuali e aspettiamo una ora prima che mia madre fosse visitata ma ovviamente prima ho dovuto sollecitare qualcuno se no chissà quando ci avrebbero chiamato. Dopo di che arriva un medico (di giorgio luigi) con delle scarpe perfette che nemmeno guarda mia madre l'unica cosa capace di fare senza nemmeno toccarla gli da pasticche e una crema. Originale . Prima di volare via gli faccio notare che eravamo li per delle scarpe ortopediche che spettano per legge a mia madre se ne va senza nemmeno rispondere lui e la sua schiera di giovani medici che dovrebbero imparare da lui. Auguri. Dopo rimaniamo da soli abbandonati nella stanza senza nemmeno essere salutati. Dopodiché esco chiedendo il referto che un giovane medico mi dice stare nella cartella dei miei documenti. Vero solo che nessuno me lo aveva detto. In genere non parlo male della sanità italia na Perché mi rendo conto in che paese viviamo ma questo posto è imbarazzante. Per non parlare dei medici senza la minima empatia. Fateci un museo meglio A mai più. Today I went to this "hospital" for my mother with a disability. Bisogna fare la fila due volte: per prenotare precedentemente una visita già prevista (ad esempio per controllo post operatorio) poi pure per prendere il numerino il giorno della visita stessa. Il tutto ovviamente dalla stessa cassa disgraziata, l’unica, aperta. Non ci sono da nessuna parte spiegazioni/informazioni relative a come funziona il sistema visite. Non si coglie il senso di assegnare un orario alla visita prenotata se poi comunque bisogna prendere il numerino. Cumbersome and absurd management system for visits. You have to queue twice: to previously book an already scheduled visit (for example for post-operative control) then also to get the number on the day of the visit itself. All obviously from the same unfortunate box, the only one, open. There are nowhere explanations / information regarding how the visit system works.
