nel negozio di Gemona. Per almeno 20 minuti, ci siamo guardate intorno senza che alcuna delle commesse si degnasse di venire a dire "Buongiorno, posso aiutarvi ?".
Abbiamo girato i tacchi e .... abbiamo trovato gli stessi articoli in un negozio con persone più cortesi e professionali.
Some time ago I went one day with my daughter, who was planning to open a wedding list
in the Gemona store. For at least 20 minutes, we looked around without any of the orders bothering to come and say "Good morning, can I help you?"
We turned our heels and ... we found the same items in a store with more courteous and professional people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio al cliente 10 , Grazie al signore che parla varie lingue non solo il friulano visto che la maggiorparte di persone solo usano il dialetto.
L'abito non fa il monaco e il signore non ha detto nessun commento disprigiativo cosa che purtroppo succede ovunque qui a Udine quando cerchiamo qualcosa in un negozio cosi bello.
Hanno anche Hermes il mio stilista preferito per oggetti di casa e non solo.
Customer Service 10, Thanks to the gentleman who speaks several languages not only Friulian as most people only use the dialect.
The dress does not make the monk and the gentleman did not say any dismissive comment which unfortunately happens everywhere here in Udine when we look for something in such a beautiful shop.
They also have Hermes my favorite designer for home items and more.

Ovviamente le cose non sono economiche, ma l'idea è proprio quella di offrire prodotti di qualità e non prodotti a prezzi bassissimi.
