G	Giulio De Dominicis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richiesta di una cerniera di ricambio (anta sottolavello) di una cucina acquistata nel 2009 - 1a risposta : 2009? non le fanno più! 2a risposta: forse ci sono , ma arrivano a Gennaio 3a risposta (a seguito delle mie lamentele per la non disponibilità in tempi brevi del ricambio): "Occhio a tentazioni di diffamazione via web che questa volta non sarebbero tollerate." infine comunica un preventivo senza spiegare ancora disponibilità e tempi. Posso affermare di non aver trovato in questo rivenditore, un servizio di assistenza post vendita del livello che mi sarei aspettato dal marchio Hacker. PS. La minaccia di non tollerare una recensione negativa (e non diffamatoria) la trovo fuori luogo. PPS. Ho trovato la cerniera , stesso modello e marca, su internet acquistata e consegnata in 3 giorni ad un prezzo molto inferiore al preventivo richiesto dal negozio in oggetto. Spero che questo mio resoconto possa essere utile sia ad altri clienti sia al punto vendita cucine, che ha sicuramente a ampi margini di miglioramento nei servizi post vendita. Request for a replacement hinge (sink door) for a kitchen purchased in 2009 - 1st answer: 2009? they don't do it anymore! 2nd answer: maybe there are, but they arrive in January 3rd answer (following my complaints about the non-availability of the spare part in a short time): "Watch out for the temptations of defamation via the web that this time would not be tolerated." finally it communicates a quote without explaining availability and times yet. I can say that I have not found in this dealer, an after-sales service of the level that I would have expected from the Hacker brand. PS. I find the threat of not tolerating a negative (and non-defamatory) review out of place. PPS. I found the hinge, same model and brand, on the internet purchased and delivered in 3 days at a price much lower than the quote requested by the shop in question. I hope this report of mine will be useful both to other customers and to the kitchens sales point, which certainly has ample room for improvement in after-sales services.

Conoscevo le cucine Hacker per lo stile e l'eleganza e devo dire che non si smentiscono. Inoltre il centro Hacker Marconi ha rispettato tempi e modalità di consegna e in questi tempi di pandemia con la difficoltà nel reperire i materiali è già un miracolo. Aggiungo che per un piccolo difetto in un pensile hanno provveduto alla sostituzione rapida senza che nemmeno me ne accorgessi. Consigliatissimi! Grande Paride! R.F. Great professionalism and availability in the design phase, but above all, and it is not to be taken for granted, in the post-sales phase. I knew the Hacker kitchens for their style and elegance and I must say that they do not contradict themselves. Furthermore, the Hacker Marconi center respected delivery times and methods and in these times of pandemic the difficulty in finding the materials is already a miracle. I would add that due to a small defect in a wall unit, they quickly replaced it without me even noticing. Highly recommended! Great Paris! R.F.
