★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato la cucina il 29 maggio del 2020, consegnata il 7 agosto con rifiniture incomplete , mobili non a squadra. Per le misure errate , prese da un tecnico , ho dovuto spostare il mio frigo dal posto assegnato e sono stata costretta ad acquistare un altro pensile il 20/09/20. Oggi 11 dicembre mi è stato consegnato e l’azienda non si è smentita. UDITE UDITE , non posso aprire il pensile perché non sono arrivate le aperture meccaniche a pressione! MA SIAMO FUORI DAL MONDO , dovrò aspettare altri 60 giorni per poter utilizzare il mio pensile. AZIENDA DA CANCELLARE DAL MERCATO ITALIANO , I CINESI SONO MOLTO MEGLIO. QUESTA È LA MITON.
 I ordered the kitchen on May 29, 2020, delivered on August 7, with incomplete finishes, non-square furniture. For the wrong measurements, taken by a technician, I had to move my fridge from the assigned place and I was forced to buy another wall unit on 09/20/20. Today 11 December it was delivered to me and the company has not denied it. HEAR HEAR, I can't open the wall unit because the mechanical pressure openings haven't arrived! BUT WE ARE OUT OF THE WORLD, I will have to wait another 60 days to be able to use my wall unit. COMPANY TO BE DELETED FROM THE ITALIAN MARKET, THE CHINESE ARE MUCH BETTER. THIS IS THE MITON.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una cucina Miton, una decina di anni fà, ottima scelta, ancora oggi é in perfetto stato. Alcuni giorni fà ho contattato l'assistenza per un problema con un gancio del pensile della cappa, dando la mia disponibilità per la risoluzione del problema anche a titolo oneroso. Subito si sono messi a disposizione nel reperirlo, in quanto oggi fuori produzione. Nel giro di qualche giorno mi é arrivato a casa, tramite corriere, il pezzo richiesto gratuitamente. Non posso che ringraziare per la professionalità dimostrata, la velocità di risoluzione della problematica e l'attenzione posta verso la clientela. Grazie ancora a tutto lo Staff.
I bought a Miton kitchen about ten years ago, excellent choice, still in perfect condition today. A few days ago I contacted the assistance for a problem with a hook on the hood, giving my availability for the resolution of the problem also for consideration. They immediately made themselves available to find it, as it is now out of production. Within a few days, the piece requested for free arrived at home by courier. I can only thank you for the professionalism shown, the speed of resolution of the problem and the attention paid to customers. Thanks again to all the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un problema con la lavastoviglie che ha causato un rigonfiamento del pannello di copertura. Ho contattato immediatamente ( Luglio 2020 ) l'azienda produttrice che mi fornisce il contatto di un loro rappresentante al quale spiego la situazione ed attendo info per ordinare il ricambio. Ad oggi 16 Gennaio 2021, scopro dopo varie telefonate che la cucina é fuori produzione ( acquistata nel 2016 ) e che quindi dovró risolvere con un falegname. Tralasciando la delusione per la scarsa qualità del prodotto, esteticamente molto bello, ma qualitativamente di molto inferiore al prezzo pagato, rimango sconcertato dalla scarsa professionalità dell'azienda e di conseguenza della rete vendita di cui si avvale per non aver risolto il mio problema e per aver atteso invano 6 mesi.
I had a problem with the dishwasher which caused the cover panel to swell. I immediately contacted (July 2020) the manufacturing company that provides me with the contact of one of their representatives to whom I explain the situation and await info to order the spare part. As of today January 16, 2021, I discover after several phone calls that the kitchen is out of production (purchased in 2016) and therefore I will have to solve it with a carpenter. Leaving aside the disappointment for the poor quality of the product, aesthetically very beautiful, but qualitatively much lower than the price paid, I am baffled by the lack of professionalism of the company and consequently of the sales network it uses for not having solved my problem having waited in vain for 6 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ancora a oggi, da ormai 1 mese e mezzo, aspetto che mi venga consegnato il top cucina con taglio esatto per lavello, in quanto il precedente era stato sbagliato, un errore inconcepibile visto che avevano la scheda tecnica del lavello. Li ho contattati sia telefonicamente, in cui venivo liquidata dicendomi che essendo un privato mi dovevo interfacciare col mobiliere per avere notizie, e anche via email, senza mai avere risposta, in cui chiedevo notizie e uno sconto per il disguido creatomi in quanto a causa loro sto pagando altri 2 mesi di affitto. Trovo sconcertante l'inefficienza sia dell'assistenza che se ne lava le mani, sia della produzione, perché in un mese e mezzo avrebbero riprodotto l'intera cucina e poi non trovo giusto che facciano aspettare cosi tanto per un loro errore, in una settimana massimo 10 giorni avrebbero dovuto risolvere il tutto. E ancora attendiamo il top, ormai come la manna dal cielo.
Even today, for the past 1 month and a half, I have been waiting for the kitchen top with the exact cut for the sink to be delivered, as the previous one was wrong, an inconceivable mistake since they had the sink's technical sheet. I contacted them both by telephone, in which I was liquidated by telling me that being a private person I had to interface with the furniture maker to get news, and also by email, without ever having an answer, in which I asked for news and a discount for the inconvenience created by them. I'm paying another 2 months' rent. I find it disconcerting the inefficiency of both the assistance that washes hands, and of the production, because in a month and a half they would have reproduced the entire kitchen and then I do not find it right that they make people wait so long for their mistake, in a week. maximum 10 days should have resolved everything. And we are still waiting for the top, now like manna from heaven.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato una cucina miton ma mi sono pentita....l'ho acquistata a febbraio da un loro distributore a cisterna di latina...mi è stata consegnata a luglio nel montarla ci sono stati dei problemi con il top e non solo anche un cassetto rovinato e un mobile che ancora non mi hanno montato ..è venuto il rappresentante a prendere 2 volte le misure del piano nuovo l'ultima volta mi aveva assicurato che mi avrebbero finito la cucina x i primi di settembre ci avevo creduto...ma siamo a metà ottobre ed io sto ancora con la cucina non finita...la mia pazienza è finita...brutta esperienza sia della ditta che del mobiliere...tutte 2 poco serie....
I bought a miton kitchen but I regretted it .... I bought it in February from one of their Latina tank dispensers ... it was delivered to me in July when assembling it there were some problems with the top and not only also a ruined drawer and a piece of furniture that I have not yet assembled .. the representative came to take the measurements of the new floor twice the last time he assured me that they would finish my kitchen xi early September I believed it ... but we are in mid-October and I am still with the unfinished kitchen ... my patience is over ... bad experience of both the company and the furniture maker ... all 2 not very serious ....

Purtroppo oggi dopo 7 mesi sono tornato e sorpresa non è cambiato nulla anzi sono già 3 ore che aspetto l'ultimo pezzo del carico questo è veramente irrispettoso x chi lavora una delle peggiori ditte esistenti x quanto riguarda la logistica dei carichi
Only 8 hours to load with a thousand excuses I hope never again. Unfortunately today after 7 months I came back and surprise nothing has changed in fact it is already 3 hours that I am waiting for the last piece of the load this is really disrespectful x those who work one of the worst companies in existence x as regards the logistics of the loads
