Se volete lasciare un oggetto da riparare nelle mani di 3 ragazzini che non sanno nemmeno cosa sia la professionalità, il rispetto verso il cliente e un po' di buona educazione non andateci.
Ti ricevono mentre giocano al cellulare e a stento rispondono alle tue domande, quasi svogliati.
Ma poi, dicono si a tutte le riparazioni e nemmeno sanno come operare.
Hanno tentato di aprire il mio telefono con un cacciavite lasciando i segni intorno e facendomi aspettare 2 giorni, alla terza volta che sono andato mi hanno detto che non è fattibile...
Perso tempo e mi ritrovo col telefono scheggiato.
Pessimo centro di riparazione.

If you want to leave an object to be repaired in the hands of 3 kids who don't even know what professionalism, respect for the customer and a little good education are, don't go.
They receive you while they play on their cell phones and barely answer your questions, almost listless.
But then, they say yes to all the repairs and they don't even know how to operate.
They tried to open my phone with a screwdriver leaving the marks around and making me wait 2 days, the third time I went they told me that it is not feasible ...
I lost time and I find myself with the chipped phone.
Bad repair center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riparato il display il 6 di luglio, garanzia 3 mesi. Dopo 20gg il display comincia a non funzionare più.
La garanzia è solo simbolica, il titolare dice di non volerla riconoscere.
Attenzione!!
Repaired the display on July 6th, 3 months warranty. After 20 days the display starts to stop working.
The guarantee is only symbolic, the owner says he does not want to recognize it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vasto assortimento di prodotti, ma attenzione e rispetto per il cliente pari a zero. Inaccettabile farsi pagare 5 euro per smontare un telecomando ed installare un paio di batterie. Operazione che ha richiesto 3 minuti di manodopera. Non ci tornerò mai più, questo è certo.
Wide assortment of products, but zero attention and respect for the customer. It is unacceptable to pay 5 euros to dismantle a remote control and install a couple of batteries. Operation that required 3 minutes of labor. I will never go back, that's for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ riparano una cosa e non funziona un'altra cosa. e non sono neanche disponibili ad ascoltarti. pessimo pessimo ce ne sono di gran migliori. meglio pagare un po di piu anzicche buttare soldi a questi qua. darei anche zero o meno stelle. e hanno anche il coraggio di gridarti addosso.
they fix one thing and another thing doesn't work. and they are not even available to listen to you. bad bad there are much better. better to pay a little more rather than throwing money at these here. I would also give zero or fewer stars. and they also have the courage to shout at you.
