Avevo bloccato un monolocale fissando un'appuntamento il giorno dopo per stipulare il contratto e il giorno stesso mi chiamano dicendo che un altro signore era passato di presenza e pagato già tutto,"l'ho chiamata solo per avvisarla" mi disse la signora, "e se poi domani non veniva?!" ribatteva la stessa. A queste affermazioni ho risposto che se fossi una persona corretta quanto loro il dubbio sarebbe stato lecito. Ma sinceramente? molto meglio così. Rispondo: Chiarisco che la mia non si trattava di una "proposta", ma ho espresso più volte la volontà di stipulare il contratto alle condizioni già pattuite. Siccome il mercato è molto attivo comportamenti del genere sono giustificati? Per curiosità..potrebbe consigliarmi un modo (per la prossima volta) per prenotare il mio immobile 'nel minor tempo possibile'? Perché io stamattina alle 9.30 ho prenotato per primo ma non è bastato. Really unprofessional people. I had blocked a studio flat by making an appointment the next day to sign the contract and the same day they call me saying that another gentleman had passed by and paid for everything, "I called you just to inform you" the lady told me, " and if he didn't come tomorrow ?! " retorted the same. To these statements I replied that if I were as correct as they are, doubt would be legitimate. But honestly? much better that way. I answer: I clarify that mine was not a "proposal", but I have repeatedly expressed the will to stipulate the contract under the conditions already agreed. Since the market is very active, are such behaviors justified? Out of curiosity .. could you recommend a way (for the next time) to book my property 'in the shortest possible time'? Because I booked first this morning at 9.30 but it wasn't enough.
