★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dato a questa agenzia il mandato di vendere casa e affittare un'altra di mia proprietà. Sono SERISSIMI, sia nel conoscere bene il mercato di loro competenza, sia nell' entrare nella psicologia dei clienti, investendo tempo nel comprendere le questioni sia oggettive (per esempio vendo casa), che quelle personali (per esempio la casa che vendo è quella dove sono nata quindi ha un valore affettivo inestimabile). Aggiungo anche che nel cercare una nuova casa mi sono affidata ad altre agenzie immobiliari (anche della stessa rete), ma nessuna è seria come Tecnorete di Via Niccodemi... gli altri pensano solo alla provvigione, questa agenzia NO, per questo fa la differenza!

I would also add that in looking for a new home I have relied on other real estate agencies (even on the same network), but none is as serious as Tecnorete in Via Niccodemi ... the others think only of commission, this agency NO, that's why it makes the difference !

Personale giovane e gentilissimo, pronto a venire incontro ad ogni nostra esigenza, sempre con il sorriso capendo, anche le difficoltà di chi non è proprio del settore. Una menzione speciale va a Marco, per aver seguito egregiamente, in ogni dettaglio, dal primo sopralluogo al rogito, l'acquisto della nostra prima casa.
Buying a house is always an important step, especially for two young boys. Our experience with Tecnorete Bufalotta has been truly satisfying. Young and very kind staff, ready to meet our every need, always with a smile understanding, even the difficulties of those who are not really in the sector. A special mention goes to Marco, for having followed very well, in every detail, from the first inspection to the deed, the purchase of our first home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo rivolti all’agenzia tecnorete di via niccodemi perché interessati ad un immobile, e abbiamo conosciuto Marco, Sara e tutto lo staff; che dire...si sono dimostrati gentili e disponibili fino alla conclusione della compravendita....ed oltre!.
Contenti del loro operato gli abbiamo conferito mandato per concedere in locazione altri due appartamenti ed è qui che si sono superati perché in pochissimi giorni, per entrambe le case, hanno reperito degli inquilini affidabili e referenziati, senza considerare che un mandato è stato conferito a fine luglio e gia i primi di agosto ci hanno trovato degli affittuari con delle ottime garanzie.
Oltre alla loro competenza abbiamo trovato un bel gruppo di lavoro con un sorriso, un saluto, una parola sempre gentile, dunque non solo dei validi professionisti ma anche delle persone piacevoli e per bene. consigliatissimi!!

Happy with their work, we gave them a mandate to lease two other apartments and it is here that they passed because in a few days, for both houses, they found reliable and referenced tenants, without considering that a mandate was conferred at the end July and early August have found us tenants with excellent guarantees.
