Ho preso ieri una navetta del bus di servizio sostitutivo; non avevano a bordo il QR CODE per validare il biglietto online, il controllore voleva fare la multa a me nonostante fosse stato creato da loro il disservizio. Per tutta risposta mi è stato detto che avrei potuto aspettare la navetta dopo che era fornita di QR CODE a bordo per validare il biglietto. Trovo di pessimo gusto che secondo loro dobbiamo essere noi a doverci adattare a problemi causati appunto da loro...dato che paghiamo il biglietto siete voi a dover fornire agli utenti un servizio efficace non noi fruitori a doverci rimettere per non prendere multe senza senso
 They create inconvenience to users and also claim to be right. I took a replacement shuttle bus yesterday; they did not have the QR CODE on board to validate the ticket online, the controller wanted to fine me even though the disservice had been created by them. In response I was told that I could wait for the shuttle after it was equipped with a QR CODE on board to validate the ticket. I find it in bad taste that according to them we must be the ones who have to adapt to the problems caused by them ... since we pay the ticket, it is you who have to provide users with an effective service, not us users who have to recover in order not to take senseless fines
